Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We hope you will love your Vacaville product, but if you are dissatisfied, contact us at hello@vacavillebeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item shows signs of defect or damage, or if you received the wrong item, and we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale, sale items, and gift cards can not be returned. 

Exchanges
We offer exchanges and are happy to help you purchase a new item. Once we receive the item you are returning, and its accepted, we will issue you a refund. However, the fastest way to receive your new item is to make a new purchase through our website vacavillebeauty.com or contact us and we'll help place the purchase for you. 

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved and processes. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method typically within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you do not see a credit to your original payment method, please contact us at hello@vacavillebeauty.com.
