Shipping policy

We aim to ship within two business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times and promotions) typically via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Customers can upgrade to our Priority delivery services for an additional fee.   

For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking. Please ensure your email is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders outside of the United States or Canada.

We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport. If the address provided is not verified by USPS or is returned to Vacaville Beauty, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent. 

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US at this time, but we’re working on it!

Order Tracking
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. If no email address is provided the shipping details will be sent via SMS.

Vacaville Beauty reserves the right not to ship and/or cancel an order for any reason.
